SERVICE

I. Installation and commissioning
       Engineers of ATEC Company can take charge of installation, commissioning and startup work, and provide favorable technical support and after-sales service based upon external conditions required by the Buyer to prepare equipment (such as water, electricity, gas).

II. Acceptance and training
       Engineers of ATEC Company can provide site equipment training on the domestic Buyer's site, so as to ensure that trained personnel can operate equipment independently and expertly, and complete easy repair work, routine equipment maintenance, etc.

III. Warranty
      The Seller is responsible for various failures caused by equipment itself during the warranty period and shall remove the failures for free, damage caused by misoperation or other human factors.
In case that the failures occur beyond the warranty period, cost and certain service fee shall be charged for equipment repair.
IV. Repair
       The Seller shall respond in 1h after being informed by the Buyer of failure, arrive at the customer's site in 8h, and try to remove the failure in 24h.

V. Lifetime service items
       The Seller promises to provide technical support for equipment for free indefinitely during service period of the equipment.
