Chongqing ATEC Environmental Reliability Testing Technology Co., Ltd. and Guizhou ATEC Testing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Chongqing, Guizhou ATEC Lab) were established in April 2017 in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area and Guiyang Economic-Technological Development Area respectively. Controlled by Chongqing ATEC Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 837078), the lab is not only a comprehensive environmental lab engaging in environmental adaptability and reliability tests of various products (including military equipment), but also a third party lab independent from test contractor and user.
Directed by various environmental engineering experts renown at home and abroad, Chongqing, Guizhou ATEC Lab has established complete quality assurance system and a high-quality test team, it can undertake environmental and reliability test tasks involving various models, various projects, complex technologies and large-scale products of the nation and national defense. Besides, the lab can scientifically and accurately undertake high temperature, low temperature, damp heat, temperature impact, rapid temperature variation, salt fog, acid atmospheric pressure, mold, vibration, impact (including typical impact, impact response spectrum, collision, bumping), jolt, free falling, transport, solar radiation, rainfall, sandy dust, centrifugal acceleration, tensile test, temp./humidity/vibration comprehensive environmental test; reliability test and screening test as required by GJB150, GJB150A, GJB360, GJB899, GB2423, IEC standard and military standards of USA. Meanwhile, the lab can provide test scheme planning and development, structural dynamic characteristics, dynamic signal acquisition and analysis, product fault analysis and diagnosis, environmental and reliability technical training and exchange, sample fixture design, lab planing and design and technical support for clients.
Chongqing, Guizhou ATEC Labs cover an area of 3,000㎡. Chongqing Lab covers an area of 1,200㎡ while Guizhou Lab covers an area of 1,800㎡. The lab has over 50 sets of advanced and complete test equipment including thrust 1T-16T (9.8kN-160kN) series electrodynamic vibration test system, up to 14m³/16T temp./humidity/vibration comprehensive test system, mechanical impact system with maximum acceleration of 50,000g, shock response spectrum test stand with maximum peak value of 12,000g, centrifugal test system with maximum acceleration of 500g, rapid temperature variation chamber with maximum temperature variation of 30℃/min, high temperature test chamber with maximum temperature of 500℃, rainfall test chamber, sandy dust test chamber, mold chamber, salt fog chamber, acid atmospheric pressure test chamber, solar radiation test and stress screening system, etc.
