  Supplier system

           Global quality branded devices are selected (global brands such as ABB or Siemens are selected for electrical accessories, Germany Bitzer, Danfoss, Emerson and Casto were selected for refrigeration system.) to guarantee the service life and optimum performance of equipment to the maximum.     

   Quality system

            ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental system, 6S production management, etc., adequately ensure that product quality is controlled and verified in all cycles, and guarantee equipment reliability and service life. ERP management system and PLM design management system control quality to the maximum and meet ODM design requirements.

          Service system

            In recent years, ATEC has been rapidly developing and established seven technical service centers across the country; meanwhile, ATEC has set up representative offices in more than 20 places, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Xi'an, Xiamen, Nanjing, Changsha, Jinan, Wuhan, Guiyang, Chengdu, Shenyang and Harbin, with the agent network ramifying all over the country. ATEC can provide relevant technical support, selling and after-sales services directly to the customers, striving to be timely, fast and of high quality and efficiency.

         After-sales system

           Any customer using ATEC products can get timely support and services from ATEC. For this purpose, ATEC has established a multi-directional and multi-path service support system, to ensure that the customers can have access to the service response superior to the counterparts to the maximum extent.

Maintenance response time is: to respond within 1 hour. After receiving the fault notification from the buyer, we ensure to respond within 1 hour and rush to the customer site within 8 hours to remove the fault as soon as possible. 3 free routine inspections are to be done each year.

        Design system

          Establish R&D Center of Environmental Simulation Engineering Technology, promote front-end R&D of new technologies, accelerate modularization of production order, enhance R&D of PDM technology, and guarantee fastest transition of recent scientific achievements made by the Company to actual productivity.
